Clean Power
Incommunicado was designed and engineered with a state-of-the-art solar system that allows us to operate 100% “off the grid” ensuring continuous clean power. Power is provided 100% by solar with enough battery storage to last 1 ¾ days without any sunlight. Secondary power is provided by a 30KW Diesel Generator that will simultaneously both charge our batteries and run the entire residence. As a failsafe third option, power from grid is used to charge the batteries if all else fails.
Upper Level
Our residence is two stories. Upstairs are two master bedrooms, each with king beds, private bathrooms, and closets. There is a half bath, washer and dryer and a very large open kitchen with a large island that seats 6, dining table that seats 8. For entertainment, a 65” Sony Ultra 4K TV with Satellite TV and Bose surround sound system is provided in the living room which comfortably seats 14 guests. Our upper-level outdoor patio is large and spacious for those desiring outdoor dining or lounging. We have an elevated saltwater pool that is perfect for those hot days, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a large patio with comfortable furniture for those desiring to soak up some extra vitamin D.
Lower Level
The lower level offers a unique bunk room with private entry that is perfect for kids, your boat captain or pilot or for those who just may want their own space, peace and quiet. The bunk rooms is designed to sleep four and includes a private shower and a full size kitchen. Adjacent to the bunk room is a fully equipped air conditioned gym with commercial, high-end machines.
Private Boat Dock
In addition, there is a private boat slip that comes with the residence that is visible from the back porch and a mere 3-minute walk away. The dock slip will accommodate boats up to 35’ with up to an 11’-10” beam. There are numerous other amenities including a private beach on Sea of Abaco side that is perfect for kids, a full concierge service, Star link high speed satellite internet and more. The property is secured with motion lights, code locks, and networked safety systems ensuring guests experience both opulence and peace of mind.
