Our Home, Your Experience
Incommunicado was completed in the Summer of 2023 after a 20-month build. Perched 88 feet high above sea level on top of a rolling hill in Aunt Pats Bay overlooking the Sea of Abaco, White Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, the home was designed to provide all of the amenities of our everyday homes on this rock we love called Elbow Cay. Our design incorporates almost 50 years of visitation to this island and the renting of many different accommodations. From these visits, we have taken the best ideas from our experiences and incorporated them into our home and made them better.

From the moment you touch down in Marsh Harbor to your sun-soaked days on Elbow Cay, our concierge team can handle the intricacies, so you can savor every moment. Whether it's provisions, a private chef, transportation, excursions, dining or celebrating a special occasion, our goal is to make your experience stress-free.
Incommunicado offers select dates to guests who desire not just to rent a house but to have a different experience. If your idea of a vacation is not having to plan or think too much about anything, you have found the right place. Guests arriving in Marsh Harbor will find our driver who will transport you to the ferry dock where a ferry will transport you to Elbow Cay (private ferry can also be arranged). There, you will meet our wonderful host who will take you on a short drive to a well-appointed house. Inside, you will be met with a refreshing 72 degree home with panoramic views from above the sound. For an additional cost, our concierge service is capable of taking care of just about anything – provisions, excursions, dinner reservations, island transportation, and more.
